Where second chances bloom and animals find their life's purpose.
Join us in our mission to save equine animals from the slaughter house and provide them with open pastures and a second chance at life. Helping them find their calling through assisted-equine therapy for the wellbeing and healing of humans and horses alike.
We are a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit rescue organization that offers adoption options for some of the rescued animals to find homes, while a selection will be part of our recovery and therapy equine-assisted programs.
Our programs specialize in assisting with those with PTSD, trauma, abuse, addiction, grief, and special needs. There isn't enough mental health care in the world and we hope to bridge a gap in a much needed area for both adults and children. Especially individuals and families that are at risk and under served that can fall through the cracks in the system and don't have the funds to get the healing care that they need.
It is our goal to save as many lives as we can, horse and human alike.
Since we started our rescue in July 2025, we have helped to rescue 10 horses!!

Animal Rescue Operations
From just starting our rescue in July 2025, we have helped to rescue 8 horses and are just getting started. With your help from donations and sharing, we are able to rescue and rehabilitate large animals that end up on the slaughter line, such as horses, donkeys, mules, ponies, mini horses, and burros. We work closely with a Virginia 501(c)(3) nonprofit rescue that helps to get animals a home before being directly shipped to a Mexico or Canada slaughter house. We are their last chance at life and hope.
Adoption and rehome Services
We have helped with rehoming 5 horses and 2 ponies to 7 different families. We plan to continue to connect more loving families with more wonderful rescue animals. Please contact us if you would like to adopt a rescue horse. Our rescue animals come with a lifetime give-back program designed for the welfare of each animal to never end up back in the pipeline. We also offer sponsor an animal opportunities for your donations to go directly to a rescue animal under our care and to help rescue more off the line.
Therapy and Recovery Programs
Currently, we are building for our rescue animals to be part of a recovery and therapy program for children, adults, and families. We specialize in aiding with depression, anxiety, PTSD, addictions, mental health issues, abuse, trauma, grief, and special needs. We offer individual, group, family, business, school, and custom sessions to fit the needs of anyone looking for healing beyond traditional care.
Volunteer Opportunities
Join us to support animal welfare care and rescue efforts. We are seeking those that would like to volunteer in person at the rescue and those that would like to help serve our rescue mission online. Various volunteer opportunities are available, please reach out for more information. We offer personalized volunteer positions to fit anyone that would like to join the cause.

DEDICATED CARE TEAM
Compassionate and experienced staff committed to animal welfare and recovery. Our team is driven tirelessly to rescue animals in need that are in the slaughter pipeline and to help get them homes to give them a second chance at life. We work diligently to help keep animals from going to slaughter. These wonderful creatures deserve to live out their lives in peace and it is our goal to rescue as many as we can to help them do so.

SUCCESSFUL REHABILITAION
Effective rehabilitation programs for animals and for humans in need of healing second chances. We currently have a pregnant mare that is undergoing rehabilitation while getting lots of good care and love as we prepare for her foal to be born. We are building our therapy and recovery programs to benefit both animals and humans in healing and creating a healthier, happier, and better world for all.

COMMUNITY ENGAGMENT
Active involvement in local outreach and recovery care initiatives. We are building relationships with local community sources to work towards group, family, and individual equine-assisted therapy sessions. We are planning future "Visit the Rescue" events and are setting up education days for local churches, foster care programs, and school children. We hope to reach families and those in need in our area, while opening our doors to those in nearby states and beyond. Community is so very important for the bettering of not just our state of Virginia but our nation as a whole in one united healing community.
